This site exists to take TV installation quote requests. This page explains, without legal padding, what happens to the details you send and what the site records on its own.

What we collect
When you send a quote request we receive the fields you fill in: your name, phone number, email address if you add one, ZIP code, the service you are asking about, and any notes you write.
When you call or text the number on this site, we keep the number you called from so we can reply.
The site uses a cookieless, privacy-focused analytics script that records page views and approximate location by country or region. It does not set tracking cookies and does not identify you personally.
How we use it
Quote details are used for one thing: replying to you with a price and a time, and then doing the job. If the work goes ahead, we keep the record so the 1-year workmanship warranty can be honored.
We do not send marketing email or text campaigns, and we do not add you to any list.
Who sees it
Quote requests are delivered to our inbox through a transactional email service, and the site itself runs on a hosting platform that processes requests on our behalf. Both act only as processors for delivering and hosting.
We never sell, rent, or trade your contact details, and we do not share them with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not turn into a job are deleted within 12 months. Records for completed work are kept for the warranty period plus the time we are required to retain business records.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the details you sent at any time by calling or texting (512) 555-0102. If you would rather not use the form, you can call instead and give us only what is needed to quote the job.
